When you use Missionary Mamas, we collect the information you provide so we can prepare and deliver your order and stay in touch.

• Contact details — your name and email address (and phone number if you provide one).
• Missionary delivery information — your missionary's name and the details needed to deliver to them at the Provo MTC.
• Order details — the packages you purchase, delivery dates, and any gift messages.
• Payment information — processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Newsletter and contact messages — anything you send us when you subscribe or reach out.
• Basic technical data — standard information your browser sends, used to keep the site secure and working.

We use your information to fulfill and deliver your orders, communicate with you about those orders, respond to your messages, and — only if you opt in — send occasional newsletters and encouragement for missionary families. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with the service providers we need to operate, such as Stripe for payment processing, our email provider for transactional and newsletter messages, and our hosting and delivery partners. These providers handle your information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe and are subject to Stripe's own privacy practices. We receive only limited information needed to confirm and manage your order, such as whether a payment succeeded.

We send newsletters and marketing emails only to people who have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We will still send essential messages about orders you place.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our service, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Our site is intended for adults purchasing gifts for missionaries. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
