How we prepare and deliver our care packages to missionaries at the Provo MTC.

Where We Deliver
Missionary Mamas packages are prepared and hand-delivered to missionaries at the Provo Missionary Training Center (MTC). We are not currently a general-shipping retailer; every order is fulfilled as a scheduled MTC delivery rather than a parcel mailed to a home address.
Delivery Timing
Because our packages contain fresh and perishable items, deliveries are scheduled to align with your missionary's time at the MTC. When you place an order you choose a delivery date (or one of our suggested milestone dates, such as arrival day). We assemble each package close to its delivery date so it arrives fresh.
Orders generally need to be placed at least two business days before the requested delivery date so we have time to prepare and coordinate the hand-off. Dates that fall on Sundays or holidays may shift to the next available delivery day.
Delivery Fees
Any applicable delivery fee is calculated and shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. The amount you see at checkout is the final amount charged.
If Your Missionary Has Already Left the MTC
MTC stays are short, and reassignments happen. If your missionary departs the MTC before a scheduled delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule, redirect, or cancel the order. We cannot guarantee delivery once a missionary has left the MTC.
