By using the Missionary Mamas website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase the selected package(s) for delivery on the date you choose. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to the requested location or date, or if we suspect an error or fraud. If we cannot fulfill an order you have paid for, we will refund it.
Pricing & Payment
Prices and any applicable delivery fees are shown in your cart and at checkout, and the total displayed at checkout is the amount charged. All amounts are calculated by us at checkout; please do not rely on prices quoted elsewhere. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, and you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total shown.
Delivery, Returns & Refunds
Delivery is made to missionaries at the Provo MTC as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Because our packages include perishable and made-to-order items, returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Those policies are part of these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information when ordering, and not to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or other users' information.
Intellectual Property
The content on this site — including text, images, branding, and the Missionary Mamas name and wordmark — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The site and our products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make reasonable efforts to deliver fresh, beautifully prepared packages, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
